Welcome to Model Schools

Model Schools provides instructional services to many school districts in the Northern New York Area. The English Language Arts/Social Studies Committee North is made up of Social Studies and English teachers from Jefferson and Lewis Counites.  Our mission is to meet three times a year to collaborate on integrating technology into the English Language Arts and Social Studies curricula, which encompasses the New York State Learning Standards and the National Education Technology Standards.  Please feel free to use the resources and lessons in your classroom or modify them to meet your needs.  If there is something you are looking for, contact us and we will do our best to assist you in reaching your goals.
