Calendar import instructions for a single event:
Both Mac and PC users can download an event and import it into their calendar program.

Outlook (PC):
You can import it into your default Calendar folder by using the Outlook Import and Export Wizard. Please follow these steps:

*Click on the event of interest.
*Select the Download button.
*Save the file to your Desktop.
*In Outlook, under the File menu, click Import and Export.
* Under Choose an action to perform, select Import an iCalendar, and then click Next.
* Click the iCal file that you downloaded, and then click Open.

iCal on Mac:
*Click on the event of interest.
*Select the Download button.
*In Firefox, save the file to disk. The file will be on your desktop. Rename the extension from .ical to .ics – then open the file, and click to Add New Events. In Safari, choose the calendar category, then click on Add New Events.

Calendar import instructions for an entire month's events:

Outlook (PC):

*Click on Get iCal.
*Select the Download button.
*Save the file to your Desktop.
*In Outlook, under the File menu, click Import and Export.
* Under Choose an action to perform, select Import an iCalendar, and then click Next.
* Click the iCal file that you downloaded, and then click Open.

iCal on Mac:
*Click on Get iCal.
*Select the Download button.
*In Firefox, save the file to disk. The file will be on your desktop. Rename the extension from .ical to .ics – then open the file, and click to Add New Events. In Safari, choose the calendar category, then click on Add New Events.


Import events from iCalendar or CSV files to Google Calendar
To import events to your Google calendar from iCalendar or CSV files, just follow these steps:

1. Follow above steps to save your ical file to your computer.
2. Sign in to your Google account and navigate to your Google calendar.
3. Click the Add down-arrow link at the bottom of the calendar list on the left side of the page, and select Import Calendar.
4. Click Browse and choose the file that contains your events, then click Open.
5. Select the Google Calendar where you'd like to import events, then click Import.

Please note that recurring events may not be recognized when importing events from CSV files. In this case, individual items will be created for recurring events that fall between the dates you've selected.
